I may continue writing or scheduling posts of book excerpts, but I don't plan to commit to 1,000 days of writing again. I've learned not to do that.
It did not serve its purpose. I had lots of writing ideas, and could not use most of them. I enjoy writing. It's the daily commitment part. Many of my writing ideas I still have do not easily conform to a daily writing schedule. They need more time than that.
A daily commitment is relentless. It leaves no margin in the schedule when other things need more time. I'm very glad this is done.
Machine-like commitments are for machines. I am not a machine. I prefer building machines instead. Yes, software counts.
